  • 1 lb Ground Chicken

  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder

  • 2 tbsp Mrs Dash Table Blend Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder

  • Olive Oil

  • 1 Small Scoop of Unflavored Protein Powder

  • 1 Egg OR 3 tbsp Egg Whites

  • 1/2 c Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley

  • Zero Calorie Spray Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a large baking sheet with foil.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick zero calorie spray.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Scoop out tbsp-ish size and roll into balls lightly - Should make about 20 meatballs.
Spray meatballs with oil and bake for 8 minutes - Flip, spray and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
