1 lb Ground Chicken
1 tbsp Onion Powder
2 tbsp Mrs Dash Table Blend Seasoning
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Olive Oil
1 Small Scoop of Unflavored Protein Powder
1 Egg OR 3 tbsp Egg Whites
1/2 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
Zero Calorie Spray Olive Oil
high protein chicken meatballs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a large baking sheet with foil.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick zero calorie spray.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Scoop out tbsp-ish size and roll into balls lightly - Should make about 20 meatballs.
Spray meatballs with oil and bake for 8 minutes - Flip, spray and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
