Instructors
At Melt, our instructors are more than coaches — they’re the energy behind the experience.

We hire passionate, knowledgeable fitness professionals who know how to lead a room, connect with people, and make every class feel purposeful. Your role is to bring your expertise, personality, and individual strengths to the studio while helping members become stronger, more confident versions of themselves.

We believe great instructors should be able to focus on what they do best: teaching, motivating, and creating an unforgettable class experience. If you’re passionate about movement, community, and making a meaningful impact, Melt is the place to do it.

Certifications are required for all offerings.
